Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager based in Vidalia, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for advocating our brand's voice across multiple social media platforms. You will lead our social media strategy, boost engagement with our audience, and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media tools and platforms to keep our strategies relevant and effective.
- Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and turn negative experiences into positive engagements.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns based on company initiatives and seasonal events.
- Manage social media advertising and budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Exceptional understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and trends.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Creativity and innovative thinking; experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Experience with paid social advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
